Terms & Conditions for Free Sample Kits

Eligibility: To be eligible to receive our free sample kits, the recipient must be a professional designer, architect, or contractor engaged in a commercial project. These kits are not available for individuals involved in private residential projects or non-professional purposes.​

Verification: Recipients might be required to present a form of professional identification or evidence of their commercial project at our discretion. This could include, but is not limited to, a company ID card, a professional license or certificate, or official project documents.​

Allocation: Sample kits are limited to one per person per sample kit type and are subject to availability.​

Delivery: Delivery of the sample kit is dependent on verification of the recipient's eligibility. Delivery times may vary.​

No Resale: The samples received as part of the kit are for evaluation purposes only and must not be resold.​

Intellectual Property: All samples provided are the intellectual property of The Baresque Group and should be used in agreement with our copyright policy.​

Change of Terms: The Baresque Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time.​

By requesting a sample kit, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not request a sample kit.​
